    A no-pressure call or coffee to talk through what you want the evening to feel like. Guest count, venue, budget, dietary needs.

    Proposal

    Within two business days, a written proposal with menu ideas, bar options, staffing, and a clear all-in estimate.

    Tasting

    For weddings and larger private events, an in-person tasting to finalize courses, wine, and cocktails.

    Coordination

    We coordinate with your planner and venue on timeline, rentals, and floor plan. You get a single point of contact.

    Event Night

    We arrive early, set up quietly, and run the evening so you can enjoy your own party.

    Last Call

    Full breakdown, clean-up, and a thank-you note the next morning.
