How far in advance should we book?

Weddings usually 6–12 months out, corporate events 2–4 weeks, and private dinners 2–3 weeks. We do accept short-notice work when our calendar allows — call us.

What's your minimum guest count?

There's no formal minimum. We regularly cook for intimate dinners of 8–12 and scale up to weddings of 250+.

Do you handle rentals?

We coordinate directly with our preferred rental partners for tables, china, glassware, and linens, and roll it into your proposal.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Always. Every menu can be adjusted for gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, nut-free, and allergen concerns. Just tell us on the intake form.

What areas do you serve?

Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Bixby, Jenks, Owasso, Sand Springs, and Sapulpa. We're happy to travel farther for weddings and destination events.

Do you provide bartenders?

Yes — TABC-certified bartenders, full bar setup, mixers, garnishes, and ice. See our Bar page for packages.

What's included in your quote?

A written proposal with menu, bar, staffing, service style, and an all-in price range with no hidden fees. We're transparent about gratuity and service charges up front.

How do we book?

Accepted Answer

A signed proposal and a 25% retainer secures your date. The balance is due one week before the event.
